Alex lives in Hythe with his wife and 2 year old son.
He grew up in the area, attending Orchard and Noadswood Schools.
He has lived in Hythe and Dibden for all, bar two years of his life.
He works for a Southampton based cruise company for 11 years and has had previous roles in tourism, manufacturing and journalism.
He has been involved in the community as an elected Parish Councillor for 12 Years, first joining the Parish Council at the age of 22.
He is the third generation of his family to serve as a parish and district councillor.
Alex has a keen interest on housing, public transport, road safety and supporting local youth charities.
He believes that local councillors are there to serve the residents and stand up for them and the community.
He is very proud to live in Hythe and is keen supporter of Hythe Ferry and believes in ensuring the future of our high street and wider shops.
Alex is strongly against the development of further older persons accommodation instead of supporting family housing.
