Tell NFDC and Redrow Barratt: Build the Bridge!

In 2011, New Forest District Council approved a planning application by Redrow for 168 properties, a restaurant, and retail space on the site of the former Webbs Factory in Lymington. As part of a legal agreement between New Forest District Council and Redrow, the developer agreed to build a pedestrian footbridge over the railway line. This bridge had to be built before the 125th dwelling was occupied. Almost 15 years later, the bridge still hasn't been built (despite the High Court telling them to build it), the retail space isn't occupied, and 43 flats still lie empty.

Your local Lib Dem team, led by Elliot Watson, are putting pressure on NFDC and Redrow Barratt to end this miserable saga and just build the bridge.

Help us pile the pressure on NFDC and Redrow Barratt to finally build the bridge by signing our petition.

Tell NFDC and Redrow Barratt: Build the Bridge!

We, the undersigned, call on New Forest District Council and Redrow Barratt to finally build the bridge from Lymington Shores.
